There are three (not serious) main questions, when you understand that you need a dental implant procedure:

1. How much dental implant cost?
2. What are main dental implant prices?
3. Can I get free dental implant?

Actually, dentures implant procedure is one of the most expensive things you can do at dentists office.
In the past, dentists would try to keep or replace teeth with treatments such as root canals, bridges, and fixed or removable dentures. Unfortunately, a significant number of root canal treated teeth fail, bridges require that healthy adjacent teeth be cut down and removable dentures can often be unstable and require the use of sticky adhesives.

A Single-Tooth Implant

Single-tooth implants can be used in people who are missing one or more teeth. An tooth implant is surgically placed in an opening that is made by your dentist in the jawbone. After the implant integrates (attaches) to your bone, it acts as a new “root” for the crown that will be replacing your missing tooth. A crown (cap), which is made to look like a natural tooth, is attached to the implant and fills the space left in the mouth by the missing tooth.

For this procedure to work, there must be enough bone in the jaw, and the bone has to be strong enough to hold and support the tooth implant. If there is not enough bone, be may need to be added with a procedure called bone augmentation. In addition, natural teeth and supporting tissues near where the implant will be placed must be in good health.

Are Dental Implants Safe?

Unlike crowns and bridges dental implants do not damage adjacent teeth during preparation of fixed bridgework. Dental implants also prevent further bone loss which happens after losing natural teeth. If properly maintained implants can last up to 15-20 years. It was initially thought that bone would shrink about 0.5mm-1mm around implants per year however newer designs are kinder to surrounding bone and are showing very little bone loss at all.

Do Cheap Dental Implants Exist?

The price of implants depends on how many teeth you are planning on replacing. If you are missing a single tooth, one implant and one crown can be used to replace the natural tooth and its root. Replacing several teeth means implant-supported bridges are needed. Replacing all of your teeth requires an implant-supported full bridge where dental implants will replace both your natural teeth and most of its roots.

Upside to Having Zirconium Dental Implants

Zirconia-based Implants

Also referred to as ceramic implants, the metal-free zirconium dental implants have today become a viable alternative to standard titanium teeth restorations. People who have sensitivity allergic reactions to metallic implants, can go for zirconium dental implants that are completely metal free.

The fake dental roots are made of special ceramic (Zirconium oxide) which is highly resistant to corrosion, fracture and heat.
